How Shiny Wash Care handles difficult cleaning work

Shiny Wash Care is the biohazard decontamination service run by SHINY & DASH CAR WASH LTD. We take on the cleaning jobs that ordinary cleaners will not touch, where blood, bodily fluids, sharps or other potentially infectious material are present. The work is careful, discreet and carried out to a documented method rather than by eye.

Every job starts with a conversation and, where the site allows, a survey. We ask what happened, what has already been done, and who else needs access. From that we set out the products, the protective equipment and the waste route we will use, and we confirm the cost before any work begins.

On site, our trained operatives work in full personal protective equipment and treat the whole area as contaminated until it has been cleaned and disinfected. Blood and body fluids are removed, sharps are collected into approved containers, and hard and soft surfaces are treated with disinfectants effective against bloodborne viruses.

Waste is segregated, bagged, labelled and removed through licensed disposal routes, with paperwork kept for your records. Where a vehicle or premises is involved, we can also arrange a deep clean of the surrounding areas so nothing is left half done. We work with landlords, lettings agents, housing teams, insurers and private owners.

Confidentiality matters as much as the cleaning itself. Our vehicles are unmarked, our staff do not discuss jobs, and we can attend outside normal hours if the site needs to stay quiet. You deal with the same person from the first call to the final handover.
